RETURN POLICY

Due to the limited nature and unique operation of the MSTRMIND Store and The MSTRPLAN, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please make sure to consult size charts and double-check your order before placing it.

SHIPPING

Shipping is offered within the U.S. and internationally.
Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible; please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; unless otherwise noted during checkout) for your order to process, and 2-5 business days for orders to reach your door once processed. 

INTERNATIONAL:

International wait times vary and may be subject to additional charges after shipment due to customs. The exact weight is documented for each item and shipments will be identified as "Merchandise". Please familiarize yourself with your local weight restrictions and import fees. MSTRMIND and The MSTRPLAN are NOT responsible for any additional charges. 

Please take this into account when ordering abroad. Tracking numbers will be available once your order has shipped.
